SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier, and shipping method selected at checkout.

SHIPPING COSTS

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

LOST, DELAYED OR STOLEN PACKAGES

SSOCAS is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but reported as missing or stolen

Once an order is handed over to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense or considered abandoned without refund.


REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Packages that are refused or not claimed may be returned or destroyed by the carrier.

Such orders are not eligible for refunds, including original shipping costs.
